These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, booking, stay, event, and all services offered by Sai Kohinoor Exotica (“Resort”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by the Allied Group. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our facilities, you (“Guest”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
- Sai Kohinoor Exotica is a premium resort and banquet venue spanning over 3 acres, offering AC rooms, suites, outdoor banquet facilities (capacity up to 1000 guests), and related hospitality services for weddings, corporate conferences, and leisure stays.
- All bookings, stays, and events are subject to availability and these Terms.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Reservations & Bookings
- Bookings can be made via phone (+91 93727 19797 / 9322405796), email (saikohinoore@gmail.com), or through any authorized booking channel.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance/deposit and written confirmation from us.
- Room rates, banquet packages, and event charges are as quoted at the time of booking and may vary by season, occupancy, and package selected.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details. Incorrect information may result in cancellation without refund.
- Check-in and check-out timings will be confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (as specified in the quotation/invoice) is required to confirm any booking.
- The balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated to you.
- Accepted payment modes: bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other methods approved by us.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST and any other levies) unless otherwise stated.
- In case of bounced payments or failed transactions, the booking may be cancelled and any amount already paid may be forfeited.
4. Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email preferred) to saikohinoore@gmail.com.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy communicated at the time of booking.
- No-shows will be treated as cancellations and may result in full forfeiture of the advance/deposit.
- Modifications are subject to availability and may attract rate differences or amendment fees.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after deduction of applicable charges.
- Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling or cancellation; policies in such cases will be determined fairly on a case-by-case basis.
5. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and the property.
- Loud music, fireworks, or disruptive activities outside designated areas/timings are not permitted without prior written approval.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.
- Pets are generally not allowed unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Damage to property caused by the Guest or their invitees will be charged at repair/replacement cost.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave (without refund) in case of misconduct or violation of these Terms.
- Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
6. Events, Banquets & Outdoor Functions
- Outdoor banquet facilities can accommodate up to 1000 guests (subject to layout and government regulations).
- Event setups, décor, catering, sound, lighting, and vendor arrangements must be approved in advance.
- The Guest is responsible for obtaining any required permissions/licenses from local authorities.
- We reserve the right to stop any activity that endangers safety or violates local laws.
- Weather-related risks for outdoor events are borne by the Guest.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Sai Kohinoor Exotica and the Allied Group shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles left on the premises.
- Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
- We are not responsible for any injury or accident arising from the use of facilities, except where caused by proven gross negligence on our part.
- Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for providing services, communication, and as required by law.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Sai Kohinoor Exotica / Allied Group and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra.
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussion.
